研究方向

主要从事新型半导体光电器件研究,围绕二维层状材料、一维纳米线、宽禁带半导体薄膜材料及其混维异质集成体系,重点开展高增益光电探测机制、异质界面能带调控与载流子输运,以及紫外和红外高性能光电探测器件等方面的研究。
