个人简介
2011年毕业于大连理工大学应用化学(精细化工)专业,获学士学位;2020年毕业于兰州大学有机化学专业,获博士学位;2020年至2024年在厦门大学化学化工学院,进行博士后研究;2024年至今,任南开大学电子信息与光学工程学院副研究员、硕导。
利用单个分子或自组装单分子层来构筑微纳光电子器件,不仅有望突破传统硅基器件的尺寸极限,而且为研究独特的量子效应与物理化学现象提供了理想方案,从而为未来分子光电子器件的研发奠定了重要科学基础。
陈力川老师致力于微纳电子器件与光学的交叉研究,以及相关理论模拟研究。在微纳光电器件研究领域取得了一系列的研究成果:主持和参与国家及省部级项目3项。发表研究论文40余篇,其中包括顶级期刊,Angewandte Chemie International Edition 3篇; Journal of the American Chemical Society 2 篇;Science Advances 2篇;Small 4篇; Advanced Functional Materials 1篇等。
研究领域和兴趣:
1) 分子光电功能器件 (如分子开关、场效应管、忆阻器、分子传感等);
2) 分子尺度下光与物质相互作用的微观机理(如自旋、等离激元等效应等);
3) 微纳器件中光电过程的理论模拟(如第一性原理、器件输运、反应机理等)。
