1. 个人经历:
2003年获得南开大学微电子学士学位,2009年获得南开大学微电子与固体电子学博士学位。2009年起在南开大学信息技术科学学院担任讲师、副教授。现任南开大学电子信息与光学工程学院教授,博士生导师。2007和2015年在德国Marburg大学Wolfgang Parak教授课题组进行访问研究。
2. 研究方向:“微/纳传感器及其集成化与智能化系统”
包括并不限于如下内容。
(1) 纳米传感器及其集成系统研究:
基于纳米材料特殊的光学与电学性质研制出新型纳米传感器(如光电化学、电化学、光学、热电、压电等纳米传感器)。主要研究传感机理、优化传感结构、完善制作工艺、开展多通道传感应用。并将复合纳米传感器与各种光学显微镜、压电设备、热电设备、单光子设备、手机等检测平台进行联动,构成复合检测系统,不仅可以拓展检测范围,而且可以实现单纳米颗粒的性能研究。
(2) 半导体传感器及其集成系统研究:
基于半导体技术、MEMS技术及其他技术等,研制各种半导体传感器(如硅基ISFET/ IGOFET/GFET/有机FET等场效应晶体管传感器、硅基光电化学传感器、MEMS传感器等)。主要进行器件模型仿真、制作工艺优化、相关电路及集成系统设计、气体和生化量检测应用、多通道传感采集与信号处理、生物芯片等方面的研究。通过嵌入式开发和模拟IC设计等技术,将硅基多通道传感阵列、后端检测电路、存储器和AI算法等进行系统集成,完成“感存算”一体功能。
(3) 基于嵌入式开发的智能传感平台应用研究:
基于嵌入式开发技术,将不同的传感器、对应的测量电路、单片机、通讯电路、电源控制、操作系统、数据处理算法、人工智能算法等软硬件功能模块集成在一起,构成低功耗、便携式、智能化传感检测软硬件平台。可用于医疗检测、气体检测、汽车测试、设备检测等多种传感应用场景。
(4) 模/数IC设计研究:
在嵌入式开发验证系统功能的基础上,围绕各种传感器及其功能模块,针对多通道、微弱信号、高速等传感检测特点,进行模拟IC和数字IC设计,设计不同的放大电路。之后,将不同传感器、测量电路、ADC、信号处理单元、存储器、AI功能模块等功能模块进行芯片级别的传感系统集成。
(5) 传感信号处理的算法研究:
在MCU、FPGA、DSP、GPU等硬件平台上,嵌入人工智能算法、神经网络、数据融合等信号处理算法,从而实现各种传感信号的特征提取、数据融合、信息预测等。
