南开大学研究员,博士生导师。2005年7月获南开大学电子科学与技术专业工学博士学位,2009年至2010美国Toledo大学Research Associate。2003年6月留校工作至今。
本人2002年至今一直从事硅基光伏材料及太阳电池方面的研究工作。目前工作重点开展TOPCon电池、SHJ异质结电池、基于化合物钝化接触的新型晶硅电池的性能提高及产业化方案,以及新型二维光电材料及器件应用!等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题、863计划课题以及天津市项目等近二十项。在等离子体诊断与模拟、材料生长机制、薄膜结构特征及光电性能调控、高效电池结构设计与实现等方面积累了丰富的研发经验,相关工作发表在Adv. Mater.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Nano Energy、Small等高水平期刊。
团队简介:本研究组隶属于光电子薄膜器件与技术研究所,是“光伏材料与电池全国重点实验室”、科技部“新型光伏发电技术国际科技合作基地”、教育部“薄膜光电子技术工程研究中心”、天津市“太阳能高效利用重点实验室”、天津市“中欧太阳能光伏发电技术联合研究中心”,国家外专局和教育部“新一代太阳能光伏发电技术”创新基地的重要组成部分。所在的研究团队从事光伏材料与器件研究超过40年的历史,连续均承担科技部的973,863和重点研发计划及国家自然科学基金委等部委项目,在低价、长寿命新型光伏材料和高效太阳电池(包括硅基薄膜电池、晶硅电池、钙钛矿及叠层电池等)方面进行了广泛而深入的研究,取得多项国际先进研究成果。建立了可开展薄膜电池、晶体硅电池、叠层电池等研究的完整实验线,组建了从材料制备、分析表征、器件模拟到高效器件的完整研究平台;先后两次向公司实现重大技术转让,将科研成果转化为生产力。
招生对象:欢迎具有材料科学与技术、化学、物理、凝聚态物理、光电信息、电子信息工程、半导体材料与器件等相关专业背景的学生通过保送或全国统考攻读硕士,通过“申请-考核”攻读博士。
1、导师将从科研思路、实验技能和论文写作方面亲自、全面指导学生。 已毕业的学生中多数获得“南开十杰”、国家奖学金、优秀毕业生等荣誉。
2、除了国家和南开大学规定的津贴待遇外,将按照实际贡献提供相对固定的津贴、论文奖励、电池效率突破奖等。
3、与美国、日本等国多名教授保持着长期合作,成员可以根据实际情况进行联合培养;也可推荐到国外攻读博士或者进行博士后研究。
