个人简历

2002~2006年就读于南开大学信息学院,同年9月进入南开大学信息学院光电子薄膜器件与技术研究所;

2006~2011年期间连续攻读硕士、博士学位,研究方向为光电子材料与器件。

20117月留校任教。201412月晋升为副研究员。

2014年入选天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第三层次。


科研方面,主要从事薄膜光电子材料与器件、低维纳米材料与器件的相关研究。主持国家自然基金、天津市自然基金、教育部博士点基金、中央高校重大课题培育项目等科研项目6项,累计经费超过180万。近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在《ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces》《ACS Sustainable Chem. Eng.》《Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells》《Organic Electronics》《Solar Energy》等SCI一区、二区期刊发表文章12篇;近5年在新型太阳电池领域获得国家发明专利授权5项(CN105591031B; CN105428538B; CN104985177B; CN104362183B; CN102916061B)。另在Elsevier发表综述文章《Germanium》一篇,出版译著《太阳电池器件物理》(科学出版社)一本。

教学方面,主讲课程包括:薄膜材料表征(博士课程) /半导体材料测试与分析(硕士课程)/现代薄膜技术(本科C类课程)/电子科学与技术实验(本科C类课程)/3D打印及应用(本科E类课程)/ 服务学习:3D打印及应用(本科E类课程)。主持科学学位研究生精品课、教育部产学合作协同育人项目、专业学位研究生教学成果奖培育项目、教务处本科教育教学改革项目等多项教学项目。

所在课题组(张建军教授/副院长课题组)长期招收电子科学与技术相关专业硕士生、博士生。课题组具备PECVD、真空管式炉、溅射、电子束蒸发等大型真空系统多套,以及手套箱、旋涂、喷涂、印刷等非真空镀膜设备,同时具备完善的材料及器件测试表征平台。本人主要从事硅基(四主族碳、硅、锗及其合金)薄膜材料及太阳电池、低维纳米材料及器件、新型有机-无机复合光电子器件等领域的研究。目前指导博士生1名、指导硕士生5名。
